Istanbul tour, Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Turkish & Islamic arts Museum, Grand Bazaar. Departure from Istanbul at 8:30 pm. Night drive to Cappadocia,
Day 3: Cappadocia April 20th 2010
Early morning arrive to Cappadocia, C/in to hotel. Visiting Uchisar, Avcilar and Cavusin villages, The Valley of Zelve and Avanos. Afternoon return to hotel Dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Cappadocia April 21st 2010
Early morning Optional hot air Baloon tour. After visiting Mustafakemalpasa, former Greek village, and the natural citadel of Uchisar, Pigeon Valley. Afternoon shopping possibilities
Day 5: Cappadocia-Pamukkale April 22nd 2010
Early morning departure from Cappadocia to Pamukkale. Visiting Hierapolis antique Roman site, bath in thermal pool. Dinner and overnight
Day 6: Pamukkale-Ayvalik April 23rd 2010
After breakfast drive to Ephesus and visit Ancient Roman city and continue to Pergamon and visit Acropolis. Afternoon arrive to Ayvalik. C/in to hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Ayvalik-Gallipoli April 24th 2010
After breakfast departure to Gallipoli, on the way visit Troy. 18:00 Enter the town of Eceabat where we will grab our Gallipoli goodies bag and home made pie for munching on for our drive to the service site. 19:00 Join the convoy of AnzacTour.com buses for departure to the Dawn Service site where we will grab a space in the large crowd and wait, listening to the pre dawn program. We recommend you to bring sleeping beg, blanket or heavy clots to keep you warm.
Day 8: Gallipoli Dawn service April 25th 2010
05:30 Dawn Service commences as the sun breaks the skyline behind the Turkish Sphinx. 07:30 While waiting for your bus to transfer you to the next service you can eat breakfast on the grass with the group or feel free to tell your leader that you want to go exploring; take your breakfast-pack and walk the ridges and old trenches to the next service. Australian and/or New Zealand National services. Lunch boxes will be serve in the area. Late afternoon : Buses depart for Istanbul. There will be a stop halfway for you to buy your dinner. Bus will drop at your hotel and C/in to hotel.
Day 9: Istanbul April 26th 2010
After breakfast end of the service C/out from the hotels at noon time.
